回转式耙齿格栅(又称固液分离机)广泛应用于城市污水处理厂、自来水厂、泵站、电厂等进水渠(井),连续自动拦截并清除水中的漂浮物,保证水泵和后续工序正常运行;也可用于纺织、印染、屠宰、造纸、制革、酿酒、制糖和食品加工等行业废水处理的固液分离。 该设备由电动机、摆线针轮减速机、机架、链轮、导向轮、耙齿链及牵引链等组成。由于ABS工程塑料、尼龙或不锈钢制成的特殊形状耙齿按照一定的排列次序装配在轴上形成封闭式耙齿链,其下部安装在进水渠中,在电机减速机的驱动下,传动系统带动链轮作匀速定向旋转时,整个耙齿链便自下而上运动,将栅前拦截的污物提升带出水面,并随着整个耙齿链的运动到出渣口处自动翻转,污物从出渣口处
