外进水微滤机最大处理量70m3/h, 应用:外进水微滤机除去水中直径0.25mm以上的细颗粒杂质,适用于造纸,皮革,屠宰,酿酒,食品,化纤,纺织等行业的污水处理。 工作原理:电机带动减速机驱动栅网筒体,污水通过入口阀到水箱,通过缓冲均布的箱板上升到过滤器水位线。水通过网格的间隙进入筒体,并从栅网筒的底部排出,并清洁网格。大于栅格间隙的杂质和纤维状有机物质被网格阻挡并被旋转的栅网筒体带到筒体的另一侧。经卸料机卸至排渣斗,处理后的垃圾含水量比原有设备低于30%-50%,过滤后的污水流入出水箱,并经排水口排出。 主要特点:1、采用高强度耐腐蚀的不锈钢制作,占地面积小,施工方便,可直接用膨胀螺栓固定,
